Case called up repeatedly but this time also neither complainant nor her counsel has put in appearance wherefrom it appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the present complaint.  As such, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance of the complainant. Copies of this order be sent to parties concerned free of costs, as per rules.  File after due compliance be consigned to record room.
