Today the case was fixed for evidence of the complainant but at this stage, the complainant made a statement that due to technical defects, he does not want to continue with the present complaint and the present complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn and necessary permission to file the fresh case before Appropriate Court may be granted.

                       Heard.

                   Keeping in view the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to avail the efficacious remedy available under the law on the same cause of action. Original documents, if any, be returned to the complainant on retaining photo copies of the same on record.

                      File be consigned to records after due compliance.
