ORDER

     Vide his separate statement, complainant has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and he has received copy of No Due Certificate in respect of his Home Loan A/c No.1799675100001502 from OP through their counsel Sh.Ram Pal Kohle, Advocate. It is further stated by complainant that on assurance of counsel for the OP, the original copy of No Due Certificate will be handed over to him today itself, hence, he does not want to proceed with the present consumer complaint further and prayed that the same be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     In view of the above, the complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
