ORDER

THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction  to pay the amount of Rs.10,00,000/- along with cost and damages, to provide all clarifications & details point by point as to why it is resorting to such practice, to show wherein the agreement these points are mentioned by producing the agreement copy and where is the consumer  education and mention there of, to enforce strict Corporate Governance in letter and spirit and to give a copy of insurance, if any to the complainant.

Proof affidavit of both the complainant and opposite party not filed for a long time to prove the averments made in the complaint and written version.  Both complainant and opposite party absent for a long time.  No representation also.  The complaint is dismissed for default.
