Parties represented. A joint memorandum has been filed before this Forum. As per the memorandum, the opposite parties agreed to pay Rs. 25,000/- each to the complainant towards full and final settlement of the claim. The opposite parties are directed to comply with the understanding in the memorandum within 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the amount shall carry interest @ 12% p.a. till payment. The joint memorandum would form part of this order. The parties shall bear their respective costs. In view of the above, the proceedings in this complaint stands closed.
