Lawyer For The Complainant In Full And We Find That Entire Amount Towards Consideration Of Purchase Of Law In Question Has Been Paid In Full To Vendor. I.E. O.P. 2 & 3 And O.P.1 Paid The Said Sum To O.P. 2 & 3 At The Instance Of The Complainant And No Relief Is Sought For Against O.P. 1. As Such The Question Around As Regard In Delivery Of Possession And Issuance Of Direction To That Effect And We Find That This Forum Is Not Comtent Fora To Pass Direction In This Regard. 

Accordinglly, The Case Stands Disposed Of With The Liberty To The Complainant To Agitate The Issue In Appropriate Forum In The Self Same Issue.
