The complainant is present.  We have heard Ld advocate Ms Banita Pathak on the point of admissibility of the complaint.  We have perused the complaint  and submission of Ld advocate Ms Banita Pathak . We have found that the complainant applied for a loan  in the opp. party bank (IDBI Bank Ltd) but the opp. party refused to give him loan on different grounds.  This act of the opp. party is not an act of deficiency of service  to the complainant , as no service provider and consumer between  them established in the said process of loan . So we hold that complainant has no prima facie case against the opp. party. Hence the complaint is summarily dismissed.
