The record is taken up for passing order regarding admission hearing.
Perused the complaint along with documents.
We find that there are as 3 O.Ps. Out of them O.P. No.1 is Icore Service Ltd., 1st floor, Rajendra Medical, Hospital Road, P.O. & Dist. Cooch Behar-736101, O.P. No.2 is Icore Service Ltd. (Prop. Anukul Maiti), 54/2 Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road, Kolkata-700016 & O.P. No.3 is Tapan Sarkar (Agent), Nilkuthi, Rail Ghumti, Near ITI, Cooch Behar-736101.
During hearing the complainant admitted that office of the O.P. No.1 is under lock and key and O.P. No.3, Agent, Tapan Sarkar fled away from his recorded address.
Evidently O.P. No.2 is resident of Kolkata.
So we are in view that this For a has no territorial jurisdiction to try this case.
Accordingly the present case is dropped due to want of territorial jurisdiction.
