Today the present complaint is fixed for issuance of notice to OPs on filing of copy of complaint etc. As per report of Assistant, the requisites not filed rather neither complainant nor his representative has appeared in-spite of repeated calls.  On perusal of case file, it has come into notice of the Commission that on the previous dates of hearing i.e. 03.08.2022 & 09.06.2022 complainant also failed to submit the copy of complaint etc. It is 12.00 P.M.  Let, case file be again put up after lunch break.

                        Case file taken up but this time also neither complainant nor his representative appeared before the Commission.  Case called several times. It is 3.50 P.M. Waited sufficiently. Further wait seems not to be justified. Accordingly, we have no option except to dismiss the present complaint for want of prosecution.  Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for want of prosecution. Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties concerned, as per rules. File after due compliance be consigned to the record room.
