Final Order / Judgement

Both the parties have filed a joint compromise petition vide petition no. 1379/22 stating that both the parties have agreed and settled the dispute up to their mutual satisfaction  outside this commission. It has been mentioned in the petition that policy No.  22779222 for an amount of Rs.17,00,000/- (Rupees seventeen lakhs)only vide cheque No. 116858 dtd. 18.11.22 agreed to settle the dispute and handed over the aforementioned cheque drawn on ICICI Bank to the complainant and it is mentioned in the petiion that above cheque has been accepted  by the complainant . It is further admitted by the parties before this commission that cheque mentioned above is already handed over to the complainant    amounting    to   Rs.17,00,000/-   (Rupees   seventeen lakhs)only and complainant  do not have any grievances against theopp.aprty and policy mentioned here-in-above stands terminated. The son and daughters of the complainant being the legal heir have already filed their  “No  Objection Certificate” as mentioned in order dtd. 12.12.2022 namely (1) Jisu Murmu (2) Smti Suruj Hembrom  and (3) Elina Murmu have already submitted their “No  Objection Certificate” duly signed  before  NOTARY at Kamrup (M).

       After due hearing to the parties and after going through no objection certificate and after allowing the compromise petition as admittedly the cheque is already handed over to the complainant . The compromise petition is disposed of. The terms and condition of the compromise  will  form a part of the compromise decree. Accordingly, case is disposed on compromise.
