In our view, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case none of the two instances of alleged deficiency in service can be said to have been established and as such, we are not inclined to interfere in this matter. However, we hope that the bank would sympathetically consider the claim of refund of amounts of Rs.893/- and Rs.111/- which the bank has debited in the account of the petitioner on account of issuance of cheque book and debit card charges. With these observations, the revision petition is dismissed.
