Today, Ld. counsel for the opposite party has made the following statement:-

“Stated that compromised has been arrived between the parties and as per compromise, today, the opposite party has submitted a cheque bearing No. 259970 dated 14.6.2023 for Rs. 1,94,452/- of ICICI Bank branch Free Press House, 215, Nariman Point, Mumbai-400 021 payable in favour of Harjinder Singh complainant as full and final settlement and except the above said amount no amount is payable to the complainant in this case”.

          On this, the complainant has made the following statement.

“Stated that I have heard the above said statement of opposite party and as per compromise, I have received above said cheque bearing No. 259970 dated 14.6.2023 for Rs. 1,94,452/- of ICICI Bank branch Free Press House, 215, Nariman Point, Mumbai-400 021 payable in my favour as full and final settlement and except the above said amount no amount is due towards the opposite party in the present case. I do not want to pursue the present complaint further and same may be dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised being fully satisfied.”

          In view of above statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromise. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
