         Case file taken up today on the application moved by complainant.Complainant Arti has made a statement that he has received two cheques bearing no.299513 dated 11.09.2023 for a sum of Rs.1,50,000.86/- (One Lakh fifty thousand eighty six paise only)  and another cheque bearing no.299722 dated 11.09.2023 for a sum of Rs.1,49,999.14/- (One Lakh forty nine thousand nine hundred ninty nine fourteen paise only) from OPs and thus, she does not want to continue with the present complaint and it may be dismissed as withdrawn.

         Statement recorded separately.

         Heard.

         Keeping in view the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of the order be supplied to both the parties free of cost.

         File be consigned after due compliance.
