ORDER

The claim of the complainants regarding non withdrawal of Rs.5,000/- dated 16.10.2004 by using credit card No.6102, is hereby rejected. Any how, the claim of the complainants regarding cash withdrawal of Rs.5000/- twice on 22.08.04 is kept open. O.P.s are directed to complete the investigation, within a period of two months, and inform the results to the complainants. Thereafter, the complainants are at liberty to approach the Forum. Looking to the facts and circumstances, parties to bear their costs. Send a copy of this order to both parties according to Rules.
