On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that matter is at initial stage and various opportunities were granted to Complainant to argue the matter on application filed by him for striking off the defense of OPs. Since 2018 till date Complainant neither appeared nor argued. In fact last appearance by the complainant was entered into on 06.01.2020. In fact, Court notice was issued on the last date of hearing but no appearance has been entered into by the complainant. It seems Complainant is not interested in contesting the matter. Quorum cannot inclines to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution.
