            A joint application on behalf of the Complainant and OP 1 and 2 has been filed on 07.07.2023 wherein matter has been amicably settled between the parties for an amount of Rs. 42,000/- as full and final settlement. OP undertakes to make the payment of settlement amount within 30 days from the date of order.

The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed off as settled. Copy of this order be given Dasti.
