Complainant files hazira and a petition stating that dispute and differences between the complainant and the OPs have been amicably settled out of Forum and as such the complainant is not willing to proceed with the case further and as such to withdraw the case.

OP also files a petition stating that the dispute has been settled between the parties and OP has paid a cheque being No.267121 drawn on ICICI Bank, Free Press House Branch, dated 13.01.2017 amounting to Rs.1,20,000/- (one lac twenty thousand rupees) only as settlement charges.

that the complainant is allowed to withdraw the case with a direction not to file any fresh case with self same cause of action.
