Counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he wants to withdraw the present complaint since the details of all the legal heirs of the life insured have not been mentioned in the present complaint and seeks permission to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action.

In view of statement of counsel for complainant, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action.
