ORDER

     As per the statement made by the complainant on 11.05.2023, the matter has been settled between the parties and as per settlement, he has received cheque for an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- bearing cheque No.238470 dated 27.04.2023 drawn on ICICI Bank in his favour from OP through its counsel Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Advocate, in full and final settlement of the present matter. In view of the statement of the complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
