File again taken up on joint application of the parties. Seprate joint statement of Shri Harish kumar Sarin complaint  & Sh Rashid ali adv for op recorded.

In view of above joint statement of the complaint & counsel for op, the op is directed to pay a sum of Rs 20,000 as file & final settlement of the dispute to the complainant within one month from today In default of payment op shall pay interest @ 9% F.A tile actual realization of the amount from today. The complaint stands disposed off being fully satisfied.

Copy of order be given to parties free of cost .
