This complaint is filed by the complainant u/s 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.1986.

Counsel for the complainants and opposite parties present and filed Memorandum of settlement that the case is settled for a sum of Rs.2,86,674/- complainant also received the said sum by way of cheque bearings No.643243 dated 28.02.2018 drawn on ICICI bank. Memorandum of settlement recorded. In view of settlement arrived between the parties, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

                 Pronounced by us on this 22^nd   day of March 2018.
