Satish Kumar Sangwan vs. ICICI Prudential

CC No. 5 of 2015.

 

Present: Sh. Satish Kumar Sangwan in person with counsel Sh.Baljinder Kumar Adv.

              Smt. Seema Sehgal, Advocate, counsel for OPs.

 

                        File taken up today on the application of the complainant. Complainant made a statement recorded separately that the matter has been compromised between the parties and placed on file compromise as Annexure CX and copy of cheque as Annexure C-1. Besides this, stated that nothing remains due towards the OPs and he wants to withdraw the present complaint being fully satisfied.

                        In view of the aforesaid statement made by the complainant, the present complaint stands disposed off being fully satisfied. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
