          Today, Sh.Kamal Soni, complainant has put in appearance in person and made a statement that he is ready to accept the offer of the opposite party to settle the claim for Rs.25000/- only as full and final settlement yet he may also be awarded compensation and cost as well. Heard. No doubt opposite party is ready to settle the matter on payment of Rs.25000/- yet the complainant was made to file the present complaint because the opposite party did not settle the matter out of court despite earnest efforts made by the complainant. The complainant had to suffer mental agony, harassment and physical pain at the hands of the opposite party besides incurring expenses on litigation. As such, the complainant is not only entitled to receive the settlement amount of Rs.25000/- only but also the compensation as well as litigation expenses which are quantified at Rs.2000/- only and Rs.1000/- only respectively from the opposite party. Compliance of this order be made within 30 days of the receipt of this order, failing which the awarded amount shall carry interest @ 6% p.a.from the date of order until full and final payment.  Complaint stands disposed off accordingly. Copy of the order be furnished to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the record room.
