Keeping in view the spirit of Lok Adalat, counsel for the parties has appeared and made statement which is reproduced as under:- “Statement of Sh.Hitender Kansal, Advocate for Complainant. As per Memorandum of Settlement dated 14.2.2011, copy of which is being placed on record as mark ‘A’, the compromise has been arrived at between the parties and OP No.1 & 3 has paid Rs.1,02,500/- to the complainant as full and final satisfaction towards the claim of complainant under policy No.09976077. The said policy will hence be cancelled. I withdraw the present complaint as satisfied. Statement of Sh.Karandeep Cheema, Advocate for OP No.1 & 3. I have gone through the statement made by Sh.Hitender Kansal, Advocate for Complainant today in the Lok Adalat and accepted it as correct” 2. In view of the above statements, the complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being satisfied. 3. Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
