ORDER:

File taken up today on the application of Decree Holder. Learned counsel for JD has handed over a cheque of Rs. 5,82,551/- dated 10.5.2017 bearing no. 366904 to learned counsel for DH who accepted the same full and final satisfaction of the order and made a statement for withdrawal of the execution petition.

Therefore, the execution petition is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. At this stage, it has been pointed out by the learned counsel for the Jd that bailable warrant of JD-2 was already issued  by this forum. Therefore, the such bailable warrant be called back forthwith unexecuted. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
