ORDER:

                   File taken up in Lok Adalat. The matter had been settled between the parties amicably. The complainant had made statement that he received the cheque No.184180 dated 17.10.2016 amounting to Rs.1,70,000/- from the opposite parties as full and final payment. Hence, he does not want to pursue the present complaint. His statement had been recorded separately.

2.                 In view of that the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn as fully satisfied. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
