On 29.05.2015, Sh. D.S. Maan, Adv. had tendered a statement that they have redressed the grievance of complainant vide Memorandum of Settlement dated 29.05.2015 (Annexure-X) whereby  a cheque bearing No.890835 dated 02.03.2015 of Rs.70,000/- has been issued in favour of complainant and in this way, complaint has been settled and prayed for disposal of the complaint.

                        On the other hand, the complainant had also tendered a statement that she has heard the statement tendered by the counsel of Ops which is correct and is satisfied with the same and also received the aforesaid cheque of Rs.70,000/- and prayed for disposal of the complaint.

                        Keeping in view of the statements tendered by both the parties, the complaint is disposed of  being fully satisfied. Copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned, as per rules. File after due compliance be consigned to record room.
