At this stage, complainant has come present in person and made a following separate statement before this Commission:-

          “Stated that due to some technical defect, I withdraw the present complaint with permission to file fresh on the same cause of action and the same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn. Extra sets of the complaint alongwith documents may kindly be returned.”

In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action as per law. Extra sets of the complaint and appended copies of documents be returned to the complainant. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to record room after compliance.
