          Complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

                              Complainant has made a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that due to some technical fault he withdraws the present complaint at this stage. He may be given a liberty to file afresh complaint on the same cause of action after removal of technical defect.  Said statement has duly been identified by the learned counsel for the complainant.

                              In view of the aforesaid statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file afresh complaint, as per law. Certified copy of the order be sent to the complainant, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room.
