The Decree Holder has made a statement for withdrawal of the present execution petition by submitting that at this stage she does not want to pursue with the present execution petition and further reserves her right to file a fresh execution petition, if the JD filed to comply with the order of this Forum. Her statement has been recorded separately.

2.      In view of the Statement made by the complainant, the present execution petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant shall be at liberty to avail the efficacious remedy available under the law. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
