ORDER:

                   Learned counsel for opposite party made statement that matter has been compromised amicably. In view of compromise the opposite party is ready to make the payment of Rs.5,00,000/- lumpsum (against her claim) to the complainant within 20 days.

                   Thereafter, learned counsel of complainant made statement for withdrawal of the complaint by submitting that complainant is ready to receive the payment of Rs.5,00,000/-having regard to the statement of the learned counsel for the opposite party. Hence, she does not want to pursue with the present complaint and wants to withdraw the same. Statements of both the parties recorded separately.

                   In view of that the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, both the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
