Complainant is present by filing hajira through Ld. Advocate. He has also filed one verified petition praying for withdrawal of the case on the ground stated in the petition.

                 The petiition is taken up for hearing. Perused the petition and other materials on record. Heard the Ld. Lawyer for the complainant.

                 It appears to us that there are several defects in the case which are requied  to be rectified. For the said reason it is necessary to withdraw the present case and file a fresh case after proper rectification. Accordingly the petition is considered and stands allowed.

             Hence, it is

                                         O R D E R E D  

             that the Consumer complaint no.35/2017 be and the same is withdrawn with a liberty to sue afresh with a liberty to sue afresh within one month from this day. The case is thus disposed off.

            Let a plain copy of this order be supplied to the complainant free of cost forthwith.
