The parties have compromised. Statements of learned counsel for complainant and learned counsel for the opposite parties No.1 & 2 have been recorded. In view of statements made by them on 1.12.2014, the opposite parties No.1 & 2 are directed to pay Rs.10 Lcas to the complainant in full and final settlement of his claim arisng out of the present policy within 20 days from the above said date of making the payment i.e 1.12.2014 failing which the said opposite parties shall be liable to pay interest @ 9 % P.A after expiry of period of 20 days till the date of payment. On payment policy shall stand terminated. Copy of the order be sent to the concerned parties free of costs under the rules. File be consigned to the record room.
