 ORDER:

                        The complainant was asked to explain as to when he exercised the cancellation of the policy and  to produce the postal receipt for that purpose but  so far no  postal receipt has been placed on the file. The case called several times since morning but none is appearing on behalf of the complainant for the last several dates  and it seems that the complainant is no more interested in perusing the present complaint. It is already 3.30PM. Further wait is not justified. Therefore, the present complaint is dismissed in default. The file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
