The record is put up today on the strength of advance petition filed by the Complainant and files one withdrawal petition. Copy served to other sides. The Advocate for O.Ps files memorandum of settlement petition along with files one Cheque bearing No.447126, dt.17.08.2017 amounting to Rs.55,000/- of ICICI Bank. The Complainant has received the said cheque amounting to Rs.55,000/- from O.Ps today with full satisfaction with proper  identification by his Advocate. Further, the Advocate for Complainant praying for withdrawal of this case as this case has been amicably settled between the Parties. Heard, the withdrawal petition is allowed. So, we find no reason to keep this case pending further. The case is hereby withdrawn & disposed of accordingly.
