Today the present complaint is fixed for tendering evidence by complainant but complainant appearing in person before the Commission tendered a statement that he wants to continue the insurance policy in question with OP-Insurance Company and thus, he does not want to pursue the present complaint and requested for filing the same.

                    In view of the statement so tendered by the complainant duly identified by his counsel, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Copies of the order be supplied to the parties to complaint free of costs, as per rules. File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
