ORDER

Counsel for the OPs has given an offer to the counsel for the complainant to the effect that  the OPs are ready to refund Rs.1,03,090/-  alongwith an amount of Rs10,000/- towards compensation and litigation cost to  the complainant within 45 days.   The  offer of the counsel for the Ops is acceptable to the counsel for the complainant and he wants to withdraw the complaint.  Both the parties have appended their respective note on the complaint itself.

                   In view of the above, it is ordered that the OPs shall pay a sum of Rs.1,03,090/-  and Rs10,000/-  to the complainant within 45 days from today failing which the OPs shall pay the same amount alongwith interest @18% p.a. from the date of this order till the payment is made. Hence, the complaint is disposed of accordingly.

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
