The parties have amicably settled the matter.  The OPs are ready to refund the premium amount of Rs.48,500/- alongwith simple interest @3.5% w.e.f  22.2.2013 till 22.11.2018 to the complainant within 45 days.  The offer of the counsel for the Ops has been accepted by counsel for the complainant and he wants to withdraw the complainant. Both the parties have appended their respective compromise notes on the complaint itself.

                        In view of the  above, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.  However, in case the aforesaid agreed amount is not refunded by the Ops to the complainant within 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, they shall  be liable to refund the same with interest @9% p.a.  from 22.2.2013 till realization.

                        Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
