Sh. Dhiraj Kumar Counsel for the party No. 1 has suffered the statement that a compromise has been effected between the opposite party No. 1 and the complainant, as per compromise the opposite party No. 1 will pay an amount of Rs. 2,90,000/- as full and final settlement amount within 30 days from today to the complainant. 

On the other hand, Sh. A.S. Sidhu Counsel for complainant also suffered the statement that I have heard the above said statement and the same is correct. He further stated that in view of the above said statement I withdraw the present complaint on behalf of complainant. However, if opposite party No. 1 will fail to pay an amount of Rs. 2,90,000/- as per compromise, then complainant reserves the right to file the execution application. 

In view of the statements made by both the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. The parties are bound by their respective statements. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to records after its due compliance.
