The Dhr. files hazira.  The O.P. No.1 appears through  its Ld. Advocate and files Vokalatnama along with two bankers’ cheques being No.908067 dated 23.4.2015 for Rs.15,15,795.15 and No.908066 dated 23.4.2015 for Rs.8,15,795.15 i.e. total Rs. 23,31,590.30, drawn on ICICI Bank in the name of Dhr. as per list.  Let the bankers’ cheques as mentioned above be kept in the safe custody of the Forum for handing over the same to the Dhr.

            The Jdr. No.1 also files another one bankers’ cheque being No.005672 dated 17.4.2015 for Rs.25,000/- drawn on ICICI bank in favour of Consumer Welfare Fund, Burdwan.  Let the same also be kept in the safe custody of this Forum for depositing the same in the Consumer Welfare Fund, Burdwan.

            The Dhr. Kali Kisku herself is present and she submits before this  Forum to hand over the cheques drawn in her name stating that she is satisfied with the amount as mentioned in two cheques drawn in her name.   She has also submitted before this Forum that if such cheques are handed over to her the final order under this execution will be satisfied.  She has submitted her voter identity card and pan card along with photocopies of the same.  The photocopies are verified with the originals and originals are returned to the Dhr.  The Dhr. is identified by her Ld. Advocate.

            Regarding identification of the Dhr., doubt has not been cropped up and accordingly there is no bar to hand over the bankers’ cheques for Rs.15,15,795.15 and Rs.8,15,795.15  total Rs.23,31,590.30 to the Dhr. on proper receipt.

            Let the bankers’ cheques for Rs.15,15,795.15  and Rs.8,15,795.15 total Rs.23,31,590.30 be handed over to the Dhr., Kali Kisku on proper receipt.

            On perusing the cheques submitted by the Jdr. No.1, the copy of the final order under execution and the submission of the Dhr. Kali Kisku, we are of the opinion that the final order under execution has been fully satisfied.  Hence, it is

ORDERED

that the Execution  Case being No.23/2015 is disposed of on full satisfaction.  The office is directed to deposit the bankers’ cheque being No.005672 for Rs.25,000/- as mentioned above in the Consumer Legal Aid Account, Burdwan.  Let the copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
