      This complaint filed under Section-12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 prays to direct the  opposite party to pay an amount of Rs.55,301/- together  with interest @ 18% p.a. from         20-03-2015 till the date of payment to the complainant, to pay compensation of Rs.50,000/- and costs of this complaint.

                                                              .  

            This complaint coming on this day before us for hearing in the presence of                              Sri G. Babulu,, advocate for the complainant and Sri M.C. Subrahmanyam, advocate for the opposite party No.1  and  opposite party No.2 called absent and  no representation and this Forum made the following:

            The complainant has filed a memo stating that the case is settled out of Court.  Hence, the C.C. is not pressed as settle of Court.  The complaint is dismissed without costs.
