Complainant today filed one application for withdrawal of the instant case as per grounds stated therein and prays leave to file a case afresh.
The complainant submitted that there are some bonafide mistakes detected after filing of the case in respect of local jurisdiction and therefore he intends to withdraw the case and prays for liberty to file afresh before the competent court of law. The unintentional errors occurred during drafting of the complaint, which the complainant has noticed after filing of the case and therefore, the complainant prays for withdrawal of the instant case seeking liberty to file afresh.
