In view of the statement made by the Sh. S.S.Sidhu, Advocate counsel for the complainant, along with Sh. Rajinder Singh Chahal father of the complainant that he has received the cheque of No.345652 dated 06.04.2017 of Rs.20,40,000/- (twenty lakh and forty thousand only) on behalf of complainant being her father as full and final settlement and nothing remains due from the opposite parties in the above noted complaint. Furthermore, the counsel for the complainant states that Smt.Bhupinder Kaur, complainant, under takes to withdraw the above noted complaint in view of the full and final settlement effected between the parties and he withdraws the complaint pressing no more, subject to encashment of the above said cheque. The complainant shall withdraw all the litigations initiated at her instance against the opposite parties or their agents. Complainant will be at liberty to move fresh application in case there is any deficiency in payment.
In view of this, the consumer complaint is disposed of accordingly. However, if there is any discrepancy in encashment of above said cheque the complainant will be at liberty to file the fresh application.
