This Miscellaneous application has been filed by the Petitioner /appellant to correct the typographical error in the order dated 16.01.2023 passed in Appeal no. 340 of 2017 passed by this Commission in which, in the seventh line of first paragraph 25.02.2019 has wrongly been typed in place of 25.02.2009. 

 The counsel for the appellant appears to be correct.

Accordingly, date 25.02.2019 appearing in the seventh line of the first paragraph in the order dated 16.01.2023 passed in Appeal no. 340 of 2017 may be read as 25.02.2009.

          The order dated 16.01.2023 passed in Appeal no. 340 of 2017 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

            Miscellaneous application no. 05 of 2023 is accordingly disposed of.
