Present none for the parties. On 07.12.2016 Complainant and OP filed
a Memorandum of Settlement  which has been attested by this Forum  on
the same date. Hence looking to the terms of settlement , OP has paid
an amount of Rs. 70,000/- to the complainant vide cheque no. 174598
dated 29.09.2016 under policy no 13503926. Contents of the settlement
read over and explained to the parties. They admitted it correct and
true. Both the parties mutually decided the case and no more dispute
is left between the parties. As complainant has received the said
payment in full and final satisfaction under policy no. 13503926 from
OP hence the case is disposed of as  settled. Copy of this order be
made available to the parties free of cost as per law. File be
consigned to record room
