CONSUMER COMPLAINT NO. 282  OF  2018

ORDER

     The parties have settled the matter. Sh.Umesh Kumar Kanwar, Counsel for OPs has handed over a cheque for an amount of Rs.1,20,220/- bearing No.747237 dated 17.08.2018 to Sh.Arvinder Singh, Counsel for Complainant as full and final settlement, who recorded his endorsement on the front page of the complaint withdrawing the present complaint. Counsel for OPs has also appended his signature on the endorsement. Photocopy of cheque is taken on record. In view of this, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled. 

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
