ORDER
Heard. The matter has amicably been settled between the parties. Statement of Sh.Vaibhav Jain, Counsel for OPs and that of Sh.Mandhir Singh, Complainant in person have been recorded, in view of which the present consumer complaint is disposed off being settled. The statements made by the parties shall form a part of this order and shall be binding on both the parties. It is made clear that in case the amount settled is not paid to the complainant by OPs as agreed upon, this order shall be treated as executable decree and the complainant shall be at liberty to get the same executed by filing an execution application.         Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.

Statement of Sh.Vaibhav Jain, Counsel for Opposite Parties(OPs).

 

 

The matter has amicably been settled. As per settlement, the OPs have agreed to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Only) to the complainant towards full and final settlement in this consumer complaint. The complainant has agreed to the same. The said amount shall be paid within 15 days from today. In the event of failure of payment of this amount, it shall carry on penal interest @ 9% p.a from today i.e. 08.01.2019 till its realization. Appropriate order may be passed.

I have read and heard the statement of Sh.Vaibhav Jain, Counsel for OPs above said. The said settlement is acceptable to me. This complaint may be finally disposed off in the aforesaid terms & conditions agreed upon.
