The Complainant has agreed to receive the amount of Rs.80,000/- as full and final settlement. The Photostat Copy of the Cheque bearing No.229894 dated 02.12.2016 amounting to Rs.80,000/- in favour of Harjit Singh drawn at ICICI Bank is also placed on file which is Ex.CY. Miss Pushpinder Kaur, Advocate Counsel for the Complainant appeared and got recorded her statement that She has received a Cheque bearing No.229894 dated 02.12.2016 amounting to Rs.80,000/- in favour of Harjit Singh drawn at ICICI Bank as full and final settlement. As such, the present complaint may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. In view of statement made by Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn after having been compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
