Complainant has made a statement that the matter has been compromised with the opposite parties. As per compromise complainant has received Rs. 3,00,000/- ( three lacs) vide cheque no. 894650 dated 23.03.2015 payable at ICICI Bank from the opposite parties. Hence he do not want to pursue the present complaint further and want to withdraw the same. Keeping in view on the statement of complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to record after due compliance.
