Present: Sh. Anil Kamboj, Advocate, counsel for complainant.

              Sh. R.K.Kamboj, Advocate, counsel for respondents.

             

 

                   Office report perused. Complaint be checked and registered. Counsel for the complainant made a statement that there is some technical defect in the present complaint, so, he does not want to pursue the present complaint and withdraw the same with liberty to file afresh in the appropriate Forum.

                      In view of the aforesaid statement made by the counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, complainant is at liberty to file his complaint before the competent court of law/authority, if so advised. The Assistant is directed to return the original documents, if any, to the complainant after retaining the photo copies of the same on the file. Copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
